Pricing for Nutritional consult
If you need help and feel overwhelmed like many people do, give me a call. I would love to help. Eating a healthy, well rounded, minimally processed diet is key to weight loss and a healthy lifestyle. Exercise alone is not enough to make most of the changes that most of us hope to see in a fitness or strength training program. It is true as they say "you cant outrun a bad diet", exercise is absolutely helpful in loosing weight, but how you eat is the most crucial if you will be successful. In reality calorie expenditure during exercise accounts for very little when considering trying to lose weight. But, combining good nutrition, a calorie deficit AND exercise, will put you on the right track for lifelong weight maintenance.
Nutrition, what we eat and don't eat, is the biggest component in a successful weight loss plan, and lifestyle change. Many people do not know where to begin and are so confused by the overwhelming information about nutrition, most of it false, they don't know where to begin. Its really very simple, and very basic. Nothing fancy or magical. Just eat real, mother earth produced food. I can help you with that.

Are you ready to hit the gym? Are you comfortable there and have a good grasp on weight training or workout at home but just not sure what to do? You are not alone. Many people know how to use the many machines at the gym and/or free weights, but just don't know what to do, what format, what order or where to begin. They don't need a trainer by their side because motivation isn't an issue, they just need structure.
I now offer this service for long distance clients and locals who need just that. After gathering some details from you, I will write you out a custom training program for 4 weeks, in detail, for a fraction of what it would cost to meet with a personal trainer for that amount of time. After 4 weeks, after reassessing your progress I will write another program for the next 4 weeks, and so on.
Cost of this service is $75, that includes 4 weeks of workouts
Every 4 weeks a new program will be written based on your progress,
fee remains $75 (this price is just for the written workouts for
the 4 weeks) if you want nutrition included the cost is $150
